Dido comes from a long line of footballers and considers himself a lifelong student of "The beautiful game." He states "Growing up in my family you had to eat, breath and sleep football. There was always someone playing in the top pro league at one the major cities." He followed suit and played professionally with several teams with a notable starting role at AS Bukavu Dawa in Zaire.
Upon moving to the United States, Dido took a hiatus from soccer to pursuit his new found love in track & field but his love for football could not keep him away forever and he soon made a comeback playing in the Metro league in Los Angeles. At the urging of a close friend, he chose south Orange County as the place to make his full return into coaching and the Blues have been the beneficiaries of his infectious love of the game.
Dido is dedicated to the development aspect of the game for the youth enthusiast. He has a teaching approach and shares his love when educating in the sport and life.
